Add-Ons:

10% payment is required to submit your booking request. The remaining balance is due to the provider 1 week before your event. Payment is only refundable if the date/time requested is not available or if inclement weather prevents setup.

​FAQs from the provider:

  • Can I watch a movie outside before the sun goes down?  Unfortunately, high quality projection depends on dark conditions. For the best experience, make sure you plan your movie to start after sundown.
    In the summer that could be as late as 8:00 pm. In the fall through spring you will be safe at 6:00 pm and possibly earlier. 

  • How much space do I need in my yard? Our equipment is designed especially for home use. We have “short throw” projectors that do not require much space. You will need anywhere from 10-20 feet from the screen to the projector stand for the best picture. You will need 10-20 feet side to side for the screen and all your blankets and pillows! This is easily accomplished in even the smallest of yards and yet you are still able to carve out a cozy nook in a gigantic yard. The possibilities are endless! 

  •  What happens in event of inclement weather (rain, wind, dust) Unfortunately, our projection equipment is not designed to withstand harsh weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather on your booking date please contact us for a refund. 

  • What happens if we accidentally break any of the rental equipment?  When we arrive to set up your movie night, we will all do an inspection of the equipment and make sure it is in proper working order before we leave. When we arrive to pick up the equipment both parties will inspect the equipment once again. In the event of any damage we will authorize a charge to your credit card for the replacement price of any damaged equipment. We work with our customers to make sure everything is transparent during the rental process. 

  • How long does setup and tear down take? In order to provide the quickest service, please have the location where you would like to set up in your yard already in mind. Once the location is chosen for the screen, we can have everything set up in roughly 20 minutes. We will then teach you to use the projector and do a quick inspection with you on all the equipment. When we arrive to pick up the equipment, we will do a quick inspection with you and tear down takes about 10 minutes. =

  • What can I connect to the projector? Our projector can connect to anything that you would use to watch a movie! Most people use their cell phones but other things that work are streaming sticks (Apple TV, Firesticks), gaming devices (Playstations and Xbox), DVD players, etc. At Home Outdoor Movies supplies all the connectors to connect the device to your projector, so you do not have to worry about that – we got you! We also provide a Roku in case you don't have one. (You will just have to sign in to your Netflix, etc accounts).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • THIRD PARTY SERVICE: This service is provided by a 3rd party partner of Scottsdale Bachelorette. Your service is not confirmed until the provider contacts you directly to confirm. You will receive the provider's contact information in an email confirmation from the provider. 

  • DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: The deposit paid will be applied towards your total service amount. The remaining balance is due to the provider one week before the event. All payments are non-refundable except in situations where the requested date/time is unavailable or inclement weather (rain, heavy wind, dust).
