Add a unique dessert experience to your celebration with a dessert cart. This signature dessert cart combines fresh treats, elegant presentation, and interactive service to create a memorable experience for your guests.

Designed with weddings, bachelorette parties, bridal showers, birthdays, and special events in mind, this cart is thoughtfully styled to complement your event while serving delicious desserts made fresh on site. Guests can customize their treats with a variety of toppings, sauces, and flavors, creating an experience that's both fun and delicious.

Dessert Cart Experience

  • Choose Mini Pancakes or Churros

  • Includes a 30-minute service, cart setup and cleanup, toppings, sauces, and one serving per guest.

  • Pricing: $280 for up to 8 guests. $35 for each additional guest.​

​

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Extended service time

  • Travel outside the Phoenix and Scottsdale area

  • Premium toppings or specialty menu requests

  • Additional guests

  • Last-minute bookings

 

A 10% deposit is required to submit your booking request. An additional 40% deposit is required to reserve your event date with the provider. Once your date and time is confirmed, all deposits are non-refundable.

  • Booking & Payment:

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.

     

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your event will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled event are non-refundable.

     

    Rescheduling:

    • You may reschedule your event one time at no additional charge if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

     

    Weather Policy:

    • In the event of inclement weather, rescheduling or cancellation is at the sole discretion of the provider. The provider will do their best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee alternative dates or refunds due to weather-related issues.

     

    Setup & Cleanup:

    • The provider's team will arrive approximately 30-45 minutes prior to your scheduled time to set up.

    • They will return after your event to clean up all provided materials and remove the setup.
