SET UP AND BREAK DOWN

CAN THE DECORATIONS BE FINISHED BEFORE WE ARRIVE?


In some cases, yes! In some cases, no. Our earliest start time for decorating is your confirmed check-in time, and decorating typically takes about 90 minutes to complete. If you are arriving earlier in the day, you may want to inquire about booking the house for the evening prior to your arrival and then checking with us to see if we are avaialble to decorate it the evening before you arrive. It's also common for us to decorate while your party is out at happy hour or dinner, or you're welcome to be home as well! We don't mind.




WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?


You can find our service area here. If the house you are renting is outside of this service area, an additional travel fee may apply or we may not be able to provide services at all. Please contact us with any questions you may have about the service area.




HOW DOES BREAK DOWN AND PICK UP WORK?


As part of our all-inclusive decorating packages, we do offer complimentary break down of decorations. If you are checking out on a Sunday, we will come between 8-10 am to break down the decorations and pick up the rentals. If you are checking out on a weekday, we will come between 7-9 pm the evening prior to your arrival. We ask that you remove the pool floats from the pool to dry and release the valves to let them deflate.




HOW DO YOU ACCESS THE HOUSE?


If you will not be present to grant us access to the house, simply give us the address and entry code to let ourselves in. When we leave, we will lock up.





BOOKING

HOW DO I BOOK?


Once you've decided which service(s) and package you want, please submit a contact form to check availability. If we are available and you would like to book, we will send you an invoice and service agreement. Payment in full is required to book. Once the invoice is paid and the service agreement is e-signed, you will be booked!




WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?


In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee. If you need to move your services to a new date, you may do so with no fee, subject to availability.





SERVICES AND PACKAGES

DO YOU DO CUSTOM THEMES?


We do not design any custom themes. If you have something custom you want to add to one of our pacakges, please contact us for a quote for adding the additional items.




CAN I ADD ON ADDITIONAL RECOVERY KITS TO THE PACKAGE?


Yes! Additional recovery kits can be added at a cost of $6 each




DO YOU OFFER A LA CARTE RENTALS?


No, we do not rent individual package items a la carte (i.e. "Scottsdale" neon sign, pool floats, etc.)




CAN YOU ORDER BEER, WINE, AND LIQUOR FROM GROCERY STORES IN ARIZONA?


Yes! If you order the kitchen stocking service, the online pickup order that you place can include beer, wine, and liquor as well.
